The Novalis Ubuntu Institute can accommodate a variety of events including conferences, workshops, exhibitions, talks, concerts, musicals, board meetings and screenings. It is also a great location for stills and film shoots.

SHOOT RATES:

• Stills Shoot: R15 000 ex vat / up to 10 hours / up to 25 pax
• Film Shoot (TVC): R30 000 ex vat / up to 12 hours / up to 75 pax
• Feature Film: R40 000 ex vat / up to 14 hours / up to 120 pax

Staff and security fees are over and above – based on brief.

PLEASE NOTE:

• The on-site bathrooms can be used  (4 ladies / 2 male / 3 urinals).
• On-site kitchen area can be used to set up a coffee station and pop up craft area. No cooking inside the building allowed. Main craft area can be set up outside.
• The piano can be moved. We will have to arrange for someone to come out and retune the piano after it’s been moved back into place.
• Own generator for power and WIFI to be brought in. In-house power & WIFI are not strong enough.
