Beautiful, newly built luxurious beach house in Cape St Martin Reserve, approximately two hour drive from Cape Town. Every ounce of love and attention has gone into the design and decorating of this property, down to the finest detail. The beach house offers 4 en-suite bedrooms and a loft with kitchenette and two single beds. On the lower level of the villa is a spacious open plan living room, guest loo, dining room, kitchen and scullery. The living room has a large plasma TV with Apple TV and the dining room has seating for 10 guests. The kitchen is fully and excellently equipped, and has a large built in fireplace. This entire area opens up with glass foldaway doors onto the covered patio.

The patio has a large dining table, built in BBQ, mounted TV, swimming pool and outside shower. This area overlooks the beach and sea, with sand dunes in front of the house low enough to still allow beautiful views but high enough to provide privacy and shelter. There are also sun loungers, day bed, armchairs and a portable weber on the patio.

On the upper level of the villa are the 4 bedrooms and loft. The main bedroom has a Queen size bed, full en-suite bathroom with large stone tub, glass foldaway doors onto the balcony with unobstructed sea and beach views. The second and third bedroom both offer Queen size beds, en-suite bathrooms with a shower and glass foldaway doors onto the balcony with unobstructed sea and beach views. The fourth bedroom offers a Queen size bed, en-suite with shower, and sea views.

The spacious loft has an equipped kitchen with breakfast table and balcony with outside table and chairs. The loft offers two single beds, a sofa, desk, and large plasma TV.

Dunes Beach House offers DStv, Apple TV, wifi, alarm system, a kayak and is serviced for longer stays.
